We are very proud to announce that St. Elizabeth Healthcare will now be providing the sports medicine services for  Dayton High School for the 2016-2017 school year. The purpose of this page is to introduce you to the services that St. Elizabeth can provide for you and your athlete,and to allow you access to medical forms  and injury resources your child may need throughout the year.

The goal of St. Elizabeth Sports Medicine is to provide the athletes of Dayton High School with quality sports medicine care to allow for a safe and timely return to competition. Kate Holley , now an employee of St. Elizabeth Sports Medicine will continue to be the Certified Athletic Trainer for Daytong during the 2016-2017 school year.
